How is it that I need an umpteenth season of American Idol, but Veronica Mars and Gilmore Girls are unnecessary to us growing as a society...

A little strong...but the auditions, although sometimes entertaining, are killing me...But I sometimes worry about some of these contestants...

I NEVER, NEVER post in this journal.
But I am from now on.
I was talking with some of my friends today.
About the last year, and what we have done.
How much we have changed.
But I realized I can't really remember any of it.
All of the fun times I thought I would never forget.
The funny things they have all said that I swore I would forever remember.
I Don't remember any of it.
Which REALLY scares me.
I could be a completely different person next year.
But I won't remember how I got there.
And of course I would keep making the same stupid mistakes over, and over again...
I can't do that.
So I am gonna post here. At least the important things...

I haven't updated a thing in almost a year so I figured, what the heck. I am pretty bored, and kind of confused. I am not even sure what I am confused about. Just everything. I really am so tired of school it is not funny. This has been the hardest year to just go to, get everything done. I am so self-critical over pretty much everything, I just never know. but whatever. Yeah, I need a job really badly which kind of sucks. I finally caved and got a lovely little ipod nano, and as much as I kind of ADORE it, I have spent the last of my savings from my last job... so that kind of sucks because now the Between the Trees c.d. goes national tomorrow and I can finally buy it, but I don't have money. Dilema, Dilema, Dilema....

Just as a reminder....

We're all dying for one thing, to be accepted. We try, and do everything to the limit to be accepted, by our peers, parents, even complete strangers. So why the hell do we all judge one another so harshly? I have been thinking about this a lot. We have a premeditated picture of who people are, sometimes before we even talk to them, when this is exactly what none of us want. If we all want to be accepted than why do we all accept so few people? This applies to online too. I guess it is a bit broader on things like livejournal and stuff like that, we really don't want to be in a dangerous situation, but sometimes, you just want people to see a bit of good in you, say something nice, and not always focus on such negative. SO this is kind of random, but I challenge anyone who reads this, to say something nice to an l.j. friend, and maybe even make a new one. I know this is kind of random, but it is seriously getting me thinking.

4 days until cute is what we aim for! I am excited, kind of agitated because if warped was earlier I could buy it there, but it isn't until July 25, so no can do. I will get over it though, now I just have to find a way to afford that, and my new mp3 player, which the fund for both together at this point are equivallant to a whole $1.49 and yes, that is in american dollars! So yeah...The week has been alright, I found out that I am just barely going to get through drivers ed where I don't have to take the driving portion of the test at the DMV place. So that was kind of not so great, and than I found out that it also calculates into your GPA, I was not happy at that point, but Personal finaces is such an easy and pointless class, it is insane! On Tuesday I went ot a soccer game with cassie and cait. Wednesday, I don't think I did anything, Thursday I did nothing again, and last night I went to the movies to see Nacho Libre with a group of my friends, we thought it was pretty hilarious, I could not stop laughing the entire time. I guess to me, just Jack Black in a spandex wrestling suit is pretty funny, I am told I have a sick sense of humor, so it was definitely worth it. And today I woke up at about 12:30, I was really tired, and then I got on the computer, and now there is another HUGE storm here, I really hope there isn't another tornado, and I definitely hope the electricity doesn't go out as I am sitting here... I am goign to end this just in case...

So I got back from school along with a new, nice shiny driver's permit. It was quite exciting, then I went and drove around the school a billion times, and my mom let me drive home, which was kind of nerve wracking! But I am so excited! Icons will be up later, old and some new!

I know I suck, I have wallpapers and icons I am dieing to post, but do I have time, not a lot, by the weekend I want my old icons up, I have been trying to do that for almost a year, but I am easily sidetracked, I am cleaning out my friends etc., not that anyone really cares...

Life is great now! I am finally free from school, regardless that it's only for a week because of drivers ed, but still. The week was spent doing pretty much nothing! Which is productive in it's own sort of way! :) I don't know... but Monday night everyone came over and watched Chainsaw Massacre because I am a wuss and wouldn't see it without a group of people with me... and then it wasn't scary...Tuesday I went to borders... got the new Anthony Horowitz, is it sad to still be reading the same book series you've been reading since the sixth grade? I hope not.... And then yesterday I went running with Cass, Ambs, and Cait. And then we all went to see Over the Hedge, man did I feel like a moron though... we were the only ones there over the age of like eight... it was kind of funny though, and the movie was alright.... X-3 comes out Friday so hopefully I can scrounge up some money for that, I probably should have thought about that before I went to see Over the Hedge but boredom makes you forget things... hmmm... that is pretty much my week so far... This year has gone fast, which is good because it was kind of lame... I am told that the best years of high school are junior and senior... let's hope so!

I haven't made icons in a while, I really want to right now, maybe some Romeo and Juliet, I don't know but hopefully after this week, school ends (until drivers ed and buisness) I will do some major icons!

I finished my 50 of Anna Popplewell, it was much fun! I think I may do a 100 of at hp... I don't know, but I am hoping this weekend I can get all of my old icons posted here, just so I can see my improvement as I get off my butt and start posting more here!
